💌 M(AI)VENS on the Move
Your weekly scoop from a bestie who's all about AI and real connections (yes, we can do both!)
💬 From Cheyenne's Desk: Real Talk
Ladies, this one is so good. Imagine if AI could help rewrite history—not by changing it, but by finally giving women the recognition they deserve. That's exactly what's happening at the Smithsonian American Women's History Museum with their brand-new Discoverability Lab.
This AI-powered project is on a mission to find, highlight, and celebrate the incredible contributions of women throughout history—many of whom have been overlooked for far too long.
Also in the news this week — AI agents available for hire. We’re not talking about chatbots or even entry level workers here. But an AI “professional” who would handle coding and PhD-level research. 🤯
It’s all part of the inspiration to launch our own AI journey together with a 5-minute daily AI challenge.
👯♀️ Let's build AI confidence and understanding, just 5 minutes at a time!
💬 Challenge Accepted? Hit reply and let me know you're joining! Forward this to a friend and take on the challenge together!

📖 AI is Uncovering Women's Hidden Stories
We all know that history hasn't always done the best job of showcasing the positive impact and accomplishments of women. Now, The Smithsonian's Discoverability Lab is using AI to scan archives, analyze records, and uncover hidden stories of women who shaped the world.
One of their most exciting collaborations? They're working with Margot Lee Shetterly, author of Hidden Figures (yes, the same book that became the hit movie! 🎬), to spotlight women in computing and STEM whose contributions changed the game.
Watch below. 🎥 👀
AI is literally searching the past to fill in the gaps where women's achievements were overlooked. And to make sure these stories get told, the museum is also hosting Wikipedia Edit-a-Thons where people (like us!) can help update and share these incredible histories.
Consider signing up to participate in the Edit-a-Thon as a volunteer here. The event takes place on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, 11 am – 2 pm EDT.

💼 AI Agents “For Hire” – With Salaries to Match!
Wow, did you hear the news this week about AI agents available for hire?! Imagine hiring an AI assistant—not just to schedule meetings, but to handle high-level tasks like sales outreach, market analysis, coding, and even customer service. Well, guess what? OpenAI is betting big that companies will pay premium prices for AI agents that can work alongside (and replace) human employees.
💰 How much are we talking?
Right now, AI agents are being priced at $2,000 to $20,000 per month—rivaling senior employee salaries! OpenAI’s move is setting a new standard for AI in the workplace, showing just how valuable automation is becoming to businesses.
Why This Matters for Women
This is HUGE for women, especially in industries where AI adoption is expected to take off first—like marketing, finance, legal, customer service, and healthcare. These AI agents won’t just be working behind the scenes—they’ll be leading projects, making data-driven decisions, and even negotiating deals.
Here’s what we need to know:
🚀 AI is no longer a "nice-to-have"—it’s a competitive advantage. The businesses that embrace AI first (and use it wisely) will outpace those that don’t.
💼 It’s about leadership. Women who understand AI early can position themselves as the go-to decision-makers in their companies and industries.
📈 New AI tools = new opportunities. Whether you’re a founder, leader, or just AI-curious, these shifts mean there’s a seat at the table for women who embrace AI now (or, potentially be replaced).
So, M(AI)VENS, let’s pay attention to these AI power plays—not just to keep up, but to lead the way. You can also check out what some of the top voices on LinkedIn are saying about this development. 💡💜
What do you think? Would you ever hire an AI agent for your business? Can you envision an AI agent as a coworker? Hit reply and let me know!
❤️ What AI Can't Replace: Building Real Connections
AI doesn't replace the impact of women lifting each other up.
This week, consider shining the spotlight on a woman who inspires you. 💫
📢 Shout her out in a social media post—maybe she's doing incredible work, leading boldly, or just being a powerhouse in her field. Tag her, share why she's amazing, and help amplify the voices of the women around us.
And, consider nominating her to be featured in our newsletter. 👏💜
Time to Share!
So, my amazing M(AI)VENS—be sure to invite a friend/bestie/colleague to participate in our upcoming 5-minute daily challenge. Hit that “share” button above. ☝
Drop me a reply with "I'm in!" if you're joining the fun!
Plus, I'd absolutely love to hear if there's a specific AI skill you're hoping to build or tool you want to try. What’s on your radar?
By the way, this is about progress, not perfection. Whether you try one challenge or all of them, you're taking steps to make AI work for you—and that's what this community is all about.
I can't wait to see what you create!
