👋 Hello, M(AI)VENS!
Last week in Vancouver, I had the incredible opportunity to host a leadership breakfast with Team US at the Invictus Games. Surrounded by veterans, executives, and changemakers, I witnessed leadership in action—through meaningful connections, shared experiences, and a collective drive to create impact.
For those unfamiliar, the Invictus Games is an international sporting event for wounded, injured, and sick service members and veterans. Founded by Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, the Games celebrate resilience, determination, and the power of sport in recovery and rehabilitation.
Throughout the event, I had the privilege of engaging with distinguished military leaders, accomplished business executives, and government leaders —each bringing their unique strengths, resilience, and insights to the table.
AI played a quiet but powerful role behind the scenes in my work bringing top leaders together. From drafting outreach messages and refining speeches to leveraging AI-powered data insights to identify key leaders, I saw firsthand how AI can be a strategic asset—not just a tool for automation, but a way to work smarter and make informed decisions.
The power of human connection was also on full display when Grammy-nominated artist Noah Kahan made a special appearance, spending time with Team US and showing his support for these inspiring athletes. His presence and genuine interactions were a reminder that leadership comes in many forms. Sometimes, it’s simply about showing up, being present, and creating meaningful moments for others.

Now, let’s dive into this week’s insights, tools, and ideas to help you lead with AI in business and life. 🚀

🎤 Leader Spotlight: Olivia Ramos
Imagine searching for the perfect location for a new business, real estate investment, or development project—but instead of spending weeks analyzing data, an AI tool does it for you in seconds.
That’s the challenge Olivia Ramos is solving through Deepblocks, an artificial intelligence platform consolidating all the tools and processes needed to analyze any real estate project. It simplifies real estate development by providing instant insights on market trends, zoning regulations, and financial feasibility.
Deepblocks x Christie's
Recently, Deepblocks partnered with Christie's International Real Estate to revolutionize how luxury real estate is bought and sold. The collaboration brings AI-driven insights into the hands of real estate agents, matching buyers with properties more efficiently and uncovering market patterns that would be impossible to detect manually.
💡 Why this is game-changing:
Faster, smarter property analysis – Deepblocks overlays vast data sets to identify opportunities instantly, cutting through the noise of traditional research.
Empowering real estate agents – AI gives professionals tools to elevate their careers, increasing deal volume and uncovering untapped markets.
Bridging legacy with innovation – Even 250-year-old Christie's sees AI as essential for staying ahead in a competitive market.
"Applying AI technology, we will be able to provide even better service, matching buyers with homes that will serve them perfectly." – Ilija Pavlovic, CEO, Christie's International Real Estate Group
AI & The Future of Cities
Beyond real estate, Ramos is deeply involved in conversations about AI’s role in architecture and urban development. She recently spoke at a panel discussing AI’s impact on city design, sustainability, and workforce transformation.
Key Takeaways from Ramos’s AI Vision for Architecture & Cities:
✅ AI enhances—not replaces—human expertise. While some fear AI will take over jobs, Ramos argues that it actually frees professionals to focus on innovation and sustainability.
✅ Rethinking urban design. Imagine buildings that function like trees, self-sustaining and environmentally restorative—AI can help make that a reality.
✅ Exponential efficiency gains. Deepblocks accelerates site selection processes by 800x, allowing architects and developers to focus on high-impact design, not repetitive tasks.
"AI isn’t a threat—it’s a companion in progress. When used correctly, AI can extend human capabilities, making unimaginable achievements possible." – Olivia Ramos
Why This Matters
Ramos’s leadership at Deepblocks is a powerful example of how women are shaping AI’s role in industries that have traditionally been slow to adopt innovation. Her work is an example of how women and AI can revolutionize the way we live, build, and create.
